This Delivery Policy outlines the delivery procedures, fees, and estimated delivery times for your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
1. Delivery Methods and Fees
We offer a variety of delivery methods to meet your needs. Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery method, destination, and weight of your order. The available delivery options and their respective costs will be displayed at checkout.
Standard Delivery
- Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days
- Cost: Based on the weight and destination of the order
Expedited Delivery
- Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
- Cost: Based on the weight and destination of the order
Overnight Delivery
- Estimated delivery time: 1 business day
- Cost: Based on the weight and destination of the order
We also offer international delivery. The delivery fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout, and the estimated delivery time will depend on the destination.
2. Delivery Restrictions
We currently deliver to the United States and select international locations. If you are located outside our service area, please contact us to confirm if we can deliver to your location. Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Processing Time
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Tracking Your Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your delivery. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you do not receive a tracking number or encounter any issues with tracking, please contact our customer service team.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is complete and accurate. ChicXxSNest is not responsible for any delays, lost, or misdirected packages due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information. If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at info@chicxxsnest.com or 267-739-1717 to update it before your order is processed.
6. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, ChicXxSNest is not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing. In the case of delays, we will keep you informed and do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
7. Lost or Damaged Deliveries
In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the delivery carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, assist you with submitting a claim. We recommend checking the tracking information regularly to avoid any issues with delivery.
8. Signature Requirement
For higher-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt of your package. If you are not available to sign for your order, please arrange for someone to receive it or request an alternate delivery method.
9. International Delivery
For international deliveries, please be aware that you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees depending on your country’s import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
10. Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If you wish to return an item due to an issue with the delivery, such as receiving the wrong product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and offer a refund or exchange as applicable.
